Cashback Earning Rule

During In-Season, in-network restaurants will be visible within the Plato Eats dApp. The in-network restaurants will be the same restaurants we are targeting to onboard within that city.

If you dine in a restaurant that isn’t in-network, then you will earn the lower tier in GRID 1.

Cool Down and Limits

• Users must wait 14 hours between check-ins. If you have Moon level up, you will only need to wait 3 hours.

• To get the maximum cashback, the user has to maintain 95% of the cashback FAT Cash in their wallet during off-season.

• Food purchased and eaten at convenience stores, grocery stores (including, not limiting to places like Family Mart, 7-Eleven, Wegmans, bodegas, Wholefoods) will only be rewarded .25% cashback in FAT Dollars
